How effective are boards & leadership teams at shaping corporate culture and creating value for their organisations? 
Corporate culture is now at the top of today's business agenda and is cited in equal measure as the cause of success as much as failure. It is well documented that the tone at the top has an impact on corporate culture – but what does that mean? What action are boards and leadership teams taking about corporate culture and how connected are they to the ‘real situation’ within their companies and organisations?

Here at Board Agenda we would like to find out more about the state of corporate culture in Europe’s leading companies and the role of the board. In conjunction with our partners INSEAD and Mazars we are interested in your views. This research will measure how boards and directors across Europe are managing this crucial success factor – by industry, by company type and by country.
