How can language affect the jobs we apply for?

Here's why we need your help: we're kicking off some research to help people of all backgrounds to feel welcome in every industry. We're doing that by exploring the language we use every day in job descriptions, to examine how our choice of phrase can affect different people from different backgrounds.
