Introduction

A consortium of organisations from Knowsley together with arts organisation Heart of Glass are preparing a funding application to Arts Council England which could bring significant opportunities for the people of Knowsley to have new arts and cultural events and experiences. In preparation for the funding application, we are consulting across Knowsley with communities concerning their thoughts, opinions and knowledge about their area, and about arts and culture.
