* 4. We have a proposal to make it into a Wildlife Garden, so it is conserved as a space for nature, a quiet sanctuary for reflection and well-being and a place to learn and appreciate our natural world? Do you like this idea?

This is key as we are asking funders to pay for community nature activities. We need to show evidence that the community want to engage in nature activities as well as the need to transform the site to increase biodiversity and create a valuable nature based educational community garden.

Our role

Groundwork London who are running this survey, are the ‘Processor’ of your data. We take instructions from Guinness Partnership, who control how your data is used.

Groundwork London will only collect the personal data about you that we need to deliver engagement and activities for the Iveagh Close Wildlife Garden.

We keep your data for up to 5 years (2026) at which time all paper and electronic copies will be destroyed.

If you consent, the personal data you have provided will be shared with Guinness Partnership and any other unforeseen partners associated with the Wildlife Garden Proposal.

Your personal data will be shared with these parties for the following purposes:

-Reporting and evaluation associated with the Wildlife Garden.

-Communicating in the future to update on events and activities as part of the Wildlife Garden.
