LimeCulture Community Interest Company (CIC) is an organisation working to develop standards to assure the quality of Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) services across the UK.

As part of the development of these new ISVA Service Quality Standards we are working with a number of organisations providing and commissioning ISVA services, as well as policy leads from the Home Office, Ministry of Justice and NHS England.

We believe it is absolutely essential to ensure the views and suggestions of people who have used ISVA services are central to the development of the standards, to make sure that ISVA services are able to meet the needs of the people who use their services. Therefore we would like to to seek your views, experiences and suggestions about the following:

- What was positive about your experience of ISVA services?
- What difficulties, if any, did you experience in finding out about ISVA services, accessing or receiving ISVA services?
- How ISVA services could be improved to ensure more people are able to access quality ISVA services ?

The survey will be online from the 1st of June 2018 until the 20th of July 2018
