ZQ: Our Commitment to Quality for Our Clients
Thank you for participating in our Zeno Quality (ZQ) program and evaluating our performance on your business. Your feedback is essential because it helps us understand your level of satisfaction with our work, and gives us the opportunity to course-correct, if needed.
At its core, ZQ reflects Zeno’s commitment to deliver the highest quality thinking, client service and program implementation across our global network. At the foundation of the program is a set of 18 questions that helps us to monitor our progress on your business but also as an agency, as we analyze results across clients and develop appropriate training for our teams.
We ask you to consider each of the following questions and provide us with your evaluation on a 1-10 scale (where 10 is the highest). Each question has a box labeled N/A which you can check if the question pertains to a capability of Zeno you are not currently utilizing. In addition, each question has a box for additional comments. We highly value and welcome any details you might care to provide. You can share this template with other colleagues so that they can submit individual responses, or collaborate on a single submission, if preferred.
