The Air Charter Association - Illegal Charter Report

Thank you for taking the time to contact us to report your concerns about illegal charter flights. Illegal charters risk the safety and security of the travelling public, as well as impacting the legal charter industry, which invests many millions into the regional economy, employing skilled individuals in a highly technical industry, ensuring that safety, compliance and training are managed professionally with the least risk possible.

By reporting illegal charters, we are able to build up a database of suspicious activity that we are then able to take to Regulatory Authorities around the world.

Whilst we do everything we can to push regulators to investigate every allegation that is made, this is an uphill and challenging task. However, by providing us with your concerns we are able to build up a better picture on the global impact of illegal charters which will help us in our work with Governments on protecting the travelling public and our industry.
