The i2i Network (insight 2 implementation Network) has been specifically designed for pharmacists currently working in GP practices. Due to an overwhelming demand, there is now an intention to also provide training and development to those pharmacists seeking to transition into GP practice pharmacy i.e. the Aspiring Practice Pharmacist. This survey has been designed to assess the needs of the aspiring practice pharmacist in terms of preparing them for a GP practice pharmacist role.

All information gathered in this questionnaire is confidential.  It will only be used to define a baseline on the knowledge, understanding and needs of pharmacists who have an interest in becoming a practice-based pharmacist. The collated results of this survey will help to inform the content of the website resources and the programme so please answer the questions frankly. If you would like to see the outcomes of the needs assessment and how we can propose to address these needs, then please provide your email address below.

There will be a follow-up needs assessment for existing practice pharmacists coming out very soon.
