Do you live, work or study in York, or help care for someone who does? If so, this survey is for you.
Healthwatch York aims to put you at the heart of health and social care services in our city. We gather feedback from as many people as possible. By getting feedback on your experiences we can see what is working well and what needs to be improved. We share your feedback with the organisations that pay for and provide services.
This survey is a bit different – we want to know what you know about us, and the work we do. We want to understand how you think we are doing at representing your views on health and social care.
Our survey is anonymous. We will not publish any information that identifies you. We will use all the answers we get to shape our plans. You don’t have to leave contact details, but if you do we will enter you into a prize draw for shopping vouchers worth £20 and add you to our mailing list.
