Welcome

Help us understand how living in Tower Hamlets influences your health and wellbeing.

We want to make sure the voice of local residents is at the centre of designing health and social care services, and of improving the wellbeing if our communities.

In order to measure what matters to people and improve public services, the Tower Hamlets Together Partnership (including the Local Authority, NHS healthcare providers and local voluntary organisations) has developed a series of "I statements" about your experience with living in Tower Hamlets.

In 2019, Healthwatch Tower Hamlets engaged with local people using these I-statements in order to understand what matters to people locally. This has been followed up with further engagement in the first half of 2020, to understand how Covid-19 impacted the experience of living in Tower Hamlets.

You can read the report here.

We are now once again engaging with local people, to understand your experience of living in Tower Hamlets.

We want to understand how things have changed, so we can inform the redesign of some health and community services following the pandemic.

This is an anonymous survey. Your answers, entirely anonymised or aggregated, may be shared with key local stakeholders including healthcare providers and local authorities, in order to help improve services for yourself and others in your local community. We will make sure that no identifying details will be shared as a result of our reporting.
