Your health and care during the coronavirus pandemic - how are you coping?

During the current pandemic there have been many temporary changes to health and care services as hospitals and local authorities respond to the situation. The role of Healthwatch as a statutory body is to work with others to safeguard the rights and wellbeing of people who use health and social care services. To do this we want to hear about your needs and experiences of local health and care services – good or not. We will share this with the service providers and planners to inform their work and help them to continue to deliver good quality care at this time.

Please tell us your experience or those of a family member or someone you know using the questions below, or email us at enquiries@healthwatchnorthamptonshire.co.uk to give other feedback.

Privacy and confidentiality:

All information you give us will be held securely in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and our data protection policy. We will not identify you or name you in anything we share. You can read more about how we use data at: www.healthwatchnorthamptonshire.co.uk/privacy-statement.
