A review of Health and Wellbeing Leads' development and support needs
Welcome, and thank you for your time.
This survey is for staff who lead on staff health and wellbeing (HWB) within an NHS organisation in England. The estimated completion time is 10-15 minutes.
Some of you may have the job title of “Health and Wellbeing Lead”. Others may be designated in this way, but with a different formal job title. In some other cases, there may not be a clear “lead”, for example if there are multiple staff leading on different elements of HWB.
Given this context, we welcome all views and experiences from staff who contribute to leading an organisation’s health and wellbeing function.
