Using digital health wearables

8% of survey complete.

If you are aged 55 years or over, we would like to know about your experiences of using digital health wearables for monitoring your health and/or self-management of your health.

The survey will take 6-8 minutes to complete.

Our focus is on fitness trackers, commonly referred to as activity trackers, wearable fitness devices which track your daily fitness levels. Examples include wrist-bands from Fitbit or Jawbone, or smart watches from Apple or Samsung, or smart rings or bracelets. Typically these devices record steps walked, heart rate, sleep patterns, or calories expended.

More details of the project are here: http://www.shaileyminocha.info/digital-health-wearables/ This research design of this project has been approved by The Open University's Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC/2016/2191/Minocha/1).

By progressing to the next stage of this survey, you are giving us consent to collect the data. The data being collected in this survey is completely anonymous and the data will be stored securely. If you have any queries about the survey or if you would like to reach us on email, please contact Professor Shailey Minocha of The Open University, UK: shailey.minocha@open.ac.uk

Thank you and regards.
