Headway UK strategy survey for people with brain injury

Headway – the brain injury association (Headway UK) is currently developing a new long-term strategy.

To do so, we would like to hear as many voices and views as possible from a range of stakeholders, including brain injury survivors, carers and families, the network of local Headway groups and branches, other charities and associated organisations, and our Headway UK colleagues.

Your voices matter, so please feel free to share all and any thoughts you have – your feedback is invaluable and will be treated confidentially.

We expect this survey to take no more than 15 minutes to complete.
