Notifying GBHQ of Plans to Restart GB

IMPORTANT - GBNI is currently on the 'Yellow Phase' of our approach to restarting GB. Therefore, no GB companies are permitted to commence face-to-face GB company night activities at this time.

However, GB companies are permitted to put plans in place to get ready for restarting their activities for the beginning of October 2021.

Part of this process is to inform GBHQ of your restart date and to submit a copy of both your reviewed Company Night Risk Assessment and COVID-19 GB Management Risk Assessment. Please use this form when you are ready to complete this part of the process. A receipt of acknowledgement will be sent directly to your email, please allow up to three working days for processing.
