The future of our services |
Help us shape our service to you
The coronavirus lockdown is an opportunity for us to reflect on how we run our firm, and how we provide our services to you, our clients.
Over the past four months we have had enforced changes to our working practices, such as moving all our staff to home-working and closing our offices to client meetings. We have also been able to introduce new ways of staying in touch, including our live chat facility, regular webinars and – of course! – the ubiquitous zoom meetings.
As we begin to emerge from lockdown and re-introduce a measured return to the office and face-to-face client meetings, we are keen to understand how – if at all – lockdown has changed how you would like to work with us in the future.
