Funeral Operations standards – have your say We have been working closely with industry colleagues, particularly through the National Association of Funeral Directors to review and update the national occupational standards for funeral operations. The review has identified a number of changes, particularly with regard to the forthcoming regulation in Scotland. The standards have been redrafted are now available for review online here.
