Vote for your Favourite Frome Tree

As part of the celebration for the launch of the national Tree Charter in November, Frome is celebrating its favourite tree. The following trees were the top ten submitted to Frome Town Council as Frome's Favourite Tree. Please pick one to become the favourite tree of Frome.
Please make your choice by midnight 22nd Oct.

Thank you to everyone who submitted a favourite tree and those that didn't quite make the top ten selection. It's wonderful that so many of the trees in Frome are special and valued by the community. Please also remember to sign in support the Tree Charter here.

* 5. "I would like to nominate the Copper Beech at the top of Butts Hill as Frome Favourite's tree. The reasons are that it is a real landmark - You can see it clearly on Google Maps in satellite view, and from both directions on Butts Hill. I think it's over 150 years old, and 12-15 metres high. We live close by, and it's great for visitors to know where they are."
