Friends and Family Support Survey

This survey is for anyone who is close to someone who has been diagnosed with bowel cancer, whether you're a partner, family member or friend.

Completing this survey will help us improve how we support the friends and family of people affected by bowel cancer. We’d like to understand more about what resources and support you need.

The survey takes around 10 minutes to complete.

This survey closes at 9am on Thursday 19 January.

You do not need to fill in every part of the survey. If there are any questions you do not want to answer, please leave them blank.
