Letter in the last 3 months?

This survey is for claimants who have received a LEAP letter in the last three months.  You can read more about LEAP letters here .

The purpose of the LEAP review is to consider whether an individual had been awarded the correct amount of points for the descriptor 'planning and following journeys'. The LEAP review was brought about following a change in the law in August 2018, which affected the way in which individuals were awarded points for this descriptor. If an individual suffers overwhelming psychological distress when trying to plan or follow a journey (either familiar or unfamiliar) they should be awarded points for this descriptor, though that had not been the case prior to August 2018.

We are looking for claimants to judicially review the unfair way the LEAP review has been carried out. If you appear to meet the criteria, a copy of your survey response will be passed on to our solicitors, who may then contact you direct.
