Loneliness (the feeling of being alone – regardless of how many people you know) and social isolation (having few contacts) are becoming recognised as pressing issues in our society.

FaithAction is running a project to see how faith-based organisations are responding to this issue, and to share good practice so that we can all serve our communities better.

You can help by filling in this questionnaire. We would like everyone to fill in questions 1 to 12.

If you would like to tell us more, there are some additional questions at the end.

If you would like further information about the project, please contact Rodie Garland:
rodie.garland@faithaction.net / 07896 800 820.

Thank you!
We appreciate you taking the time to fill in this questionnaire. You can stop here, but we have a few further optional questions. Some are specifically for places of worship, and some are for all organisations.

These will enable you to tell us about anything you have not had the chance to mention so far. We also ask whether there are any issues connected with loneliness and isolation that are specific to faith.

Question Title

* 13. Would you like to answer some further questions?
