Introduction to the survey
As a colleague leaving the University, we would really like to find out what you think. We do this in order to better understand why people leave, to get your feedback on what it was like here and to improve both colleague engagement and University performance.
Completion of this survey is not directly related to any exit interview that your School/Professional Service may hold with you prior to your departure and should take less than five minutes to complete. We will also be asking you for brief equality data so that we can continue to monitor and challenge any trends which may be occuring.
Information provided will be collated for statistical purposes by the HR Division and could also, with your permission, be used to provide feedback to the area your worked in. Therefore, it would be great if you could provide permission to give constructive feedback to the appropriate area.
