Whilst we complete our Eventslist bespoke system build we are using SurveyMonkey to receive applications to list events.  Once you complete the below listing application we will email you with confirmation and a payment link.  We hope to have our bespoke system up and running early in 2019 after which we will also be able to receive participant bookings, handle payment and provide you with a log-in platform to manage your delegates.  For now we are providing a basic service to allow you to list events and signpost to your website or email address.
 
This is an application form to list a Mindfulness Graduate Event. Please only use this form for this type of event, please go back to the Eventslist website listing menu if you would like to list another type of event.
