EU funding for events infrastructure projects

How will we replace EU finding for events infrastructure projects?

The European Investment bank lent €118 billion to fund UK infrastructure projects since Britain joined the EU in 1973. This is separate from the figures of funding contributions in grants. It is unclear today exactly how this funding will be replaced.

We need your help to collate the value of EU grants and funding to infrastructure and service related projects in your destination that have benefited conference, exhibition and event visitors.

For example, did EU funding contribute towards the capital costs for your convention centre or other venues or transport developments? From the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) or similar?

Has your town or city received EU funding for convention bureau development or training programmes that will benefit event visitors? From the EU social fund?
