The ELF patient organisation network is free to join for patient organisations in respiratory health that fit the following criteria:
  • Not-for-profit respiratory health-related organisation 
  • Organisation based in Europe and/or represents patients in Europe 
  • Interest in actively working with ELF and other organisations to improve respiratory health in Europe
In this form we will ask you some transparency questions about funding from the tobacco industry and pharmaceutical industry, to ensure there are no conflicts of interest.
 
Please complete this form even if your organisation is already part of the network, so that we can keep your details up-to-date on our database. If your organisation's details change at any point, please complete the form again or email a member of the ELF team or info@europeanlung.org.
