Ahead of an EFL meeting to discuss the issue, Portsmouth FC would like to hear feedback from supporters on the future of the EFL Trophy (Checkatrade Trophy). Please answer the questions below.

Stick with the existing group/knockout format (ie inviting Premier League / Championship U21 teams and L1 & L2 field full strength teams)
