We want to find out what you think about local issues and what is important to you. Anyone who lives or works in Tower Hamlets, Hackney or Newham can help us by sharing their views – family, friends, neighbours, colleagues, clients, service users or volunteers.

ABOUT EECF

East End Community Foundation (EECF) has been working in London's East End for the past 26 years. We provide funding to local community groups and voluntary organisations to improve people's opportunities related to employment, education and social cohesion.

To make sure we meet the needs of our community we want to hear from you about what is important.
 
WHAT IS VITAL SIGNS?

Vital Signs is a report about the East End. It uses statistics and local people’s opinions to tell EECF what is happening in our community. The report gives us a ‘health check’ on the East End, it tells us what is going well and where more work needs to be done. EECF uses this report find out what areas of work need our support and how best to fund local organisations delivering important services.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

We use what you tell us to write our Vital Signs report which highlights key issues that need to be addressed in the East End. Vital Signs will be released in October 2017 and we share this with local businesses, Councils and the local community to let people know how the East End is doing.
