ED-2379/21 - Membership of the Private Sector Consultative Board – nominations for coffee years 2021/22 and 2022/23 ‒ to be submitted by 16 August 2021 |
I. Introduction
The Executive Director presents his compliments and wishes to inform Members and members of the Private Sector Consultative Board (PSCB) that the terms of office for members of the PSCB who were appointed by the Council at its 125th Session in September 2019 for coffee years 2019/20 and 2020/21 will expire in September 2021.
In accordance with the procedures provided for in Article 29 of the International Coffee Agreement (ICA) 2007, exporting and importing Members may wish to consult the PSCB representatives nominated for 2019/20 and 2020/21 to see if they would be willing to be nominated for a further two years, from 1 October 2021 to 30 September 2023, and/or to suggest alternative representatives and alternates as appropriate. PSCB representatives are likewise invited to indicate to their Member Governments their willingness to be reappointed. A list of current PSCB members is available at this link and a copy of Article 29 of the ICA 2007 is available at this link for information.

Members are requested to inform the Secretariat of their nominations by answering to the short survey below by 16 August 2021 at the latest.
