Carers UK is a charity which works to make life better for the 6.5 million people in the UK who look after a family member, friend or neighbour who needs support because they are seriously ill, older or disabled.

Designability is a charity based in Bath specialising in designing technology enabled products for ageing and health conditions.

Carers UK and Designability have come together to find out more about how carers are helping the person they look after to choose, prepare and consume food and drink to stay healthy and well.

The aim of this survey is to help identify the challenges carers and the person they support have in relation to eating and drinking well and to identify potential solutions that could be developed into practical innovative products.
