Richmond and Wandsworth Councils are looking to make some changes to their Drugs and Alcohol services.
They want to make things better for young people that need to access drug and alcohol support.
To do that, we need to know what you think the big issues are around drugs and alcohol, what works well, what doesn't and what you think about the services currently being offered.
To do that, we need YOUR help with completing this quick survey.
This survey is open to all young people aged 11 - 19 years old, or up to 25 if you have a disability.
Your responses will be completely ANONYMOUS!
