Welcome to the ‘Dream States, Spirituality and Wellbeing’ questionnaire on spiritual and religious experiences in dreams.
You are invited to take part in a research project being conducted by the Dream Research Institute (DRI), in conjunction with the Alister Hardy Religious Experience Research Centre (RERC).
Prior to proceeding with your responses, you are asked to read the Participant Information for this research and to give your consent to participate in the project.
You can change your answers on any survey page until you complete the survey. You cannot change your answers after you have submitted it. SurveyMonkey does not allow you to save your responses part way through and return later, so please make sure you have enough time to complete the full survey (30-45 minutes).
