This survey is part of the Disability Consultancy For Creative Change commissioned by Arts Council England, supported and delivered by four freelance consultants working in the arts. For more information please visit https://www.junction.co.uk/DC4CC

We are inviting D/deaf & Disabled artists and audience members to share their experiences through open sessions, 1:1 sessions or via a questionnaire, which will allow us to:

  • Produce evidence-based information on the precise problems faced by D/deaf and disabled people in UK culture
  • Begin to formulate proposed solutions to these problems, reporting directly to several large scale organisations in the South East and directly to Arts Council England.

There are 8 research questions in this survey. You do not have to answer every question. You can choose to remain anonymous or if you enter your name at the end of the survey we can credit you appropriately.
By filling in this survey, you are giving us your permission to share your answers publicly and for use for research and evaluation purposes.
