Thank you for agreeing to participate in this survey, developed by the UK National Agency for Erasmus+, Universities UK and the Association of UK Higher Education European Officers (HEURO), in consultation with the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA), the Northern Universities Consortium for Credit Accumulation and Transfer (NUCCAT) and SEEC.

This survey will gather feedback from the sector in order to inform our understanding of the current situation in regards to outward student mobility credit transfer and recognition as well as any particular roadblocks or good practice.

The data collected through this survey will be shared between the UK National Agency for Erasmus+, Universities UK and the Association of UK Higher Education European Officers (HEURO) for the purpose of analysis, but will remain confidential. The analysis will then be used in an aggregated, anonymised form (unless you agree to be contacted in regards to any good practice you have identified) to feed into the Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) consultations on the new Quality Code, and discussions around the creation of further guidance on credit transfer and recognition in outward student mobility.

The survey will take around 20 minutes to complete. There are 48 questions, but a large number of these are tick boxes with additional space to comment if necessary. To progress through the survey please use the following navigation links:
  • click the Next button to continue to the next page
  • click the Previous button to return to the previous page
  • click the Done button at the end of the survey to submit your answers.
Please be aware you cannot save responses as you go along, and therefore the survey will need to be completed in one sitting.

If you have any questions about the survey, please email Catriona Hanks, Outward Student Mobility Lead, Universities UK, via catriona.hanks@international.ac.uk.

Thank you in advance for your participation.
