Further to the publication of the NFCC Leadership Framework, the NFCC People Programme has developed a FRS leadership Core Learning Pathway to compliment the framework.

This learning pathway has been designed to provide support to individual FRSs in developing their leaders to the highest professional standard, as well as providing consistent information, advice and guidance across the sector. It provides flexibility in leadership development by a number of different (yet equivalent) routes, that best suits individual FRSs circumstances/requirements.

To complete this survey, review the Core Learning Pathways document and then continue to answer the questions within this survey to provide feedback by the 5th April 2019.
