Dumfries and Galloway Council's Trading Standard team are conducting this survey as part of research aiming to ensure that our services are meeting the needs of consumers in our region.
We want to know, for example, what categories of people in D&G have cause for which types of consumer complaints, whether and how they make that complaint, and if not, what it is that’s stopping them.
There are six questions about being a consumer and six about your general circumstances, this is to ensure that we are hearing from consumers from all backgrounds and areas in the region.
All answers are anonymous but if you would like to take part in further surveys by Trading Standards or if you would like futher information or support about anything covered in the survey please email: tradingstandards@dumgal.gov.uk
The survey should take approximately 5 minutes to complete. The data collected will be used as part of a report submitted to the Trading Standards team.
