In September, we announced that 2020 would see the advent of a new annual award, ‘The Bernard Halford Club Secretary of The Year’.

We are now seeking nominations from our Manchester FA Member Clubs for the first ever winner. Bernard Halford was as equally as passionate about the grassroots game as the professional game and the nominees must be able to illustrate how they have driven positive change within their club and supported their volunteers in an effective and efficient way.
