Background
The purpose of this survey is to seek your views on the Association's rent restructure (due to be implemented 1 April 2020), the rent and service charge review 2019/2020 and to give us information about what our tenants think about the rent they pay.
We have tried to keep the survey short, but there is space at the end for you to give us more information, if you want to do so.
Your views will allow our Board to make an informed decision on these issues.
