Thank you for contributing to this joint CIPD and #iwill campaign survey which looks at how organisations are embedding social action into their recruitment practices.
Social action (defined as practical action in the service of others, including volunteering, fundraising and campaigning) can be a great way for people to gain skills that we know many employers looks for. As employers, we would like to find out a bit more about your recruitment processes and particularly how you find out which candidates have social action experience. This will help us to understand how we can best support employers and candidates in the future.
The survey questions are probably most suited to the HR, recruitment or early talent specialist in your organisation.
