Planning and over-development are major issues for the borough. Chris Philp opposes the Labour council's planning policies. Who do you agree with? Chris - the character of our local neighbourhood needs to be protected against over-development. We should build on brownfield and sites in Croydon town centre instead of destroying green spaces and family homes. Labour - we should continue demolishing family homes and building on green spaces to make room for flats, while failing to build on brownfield sites. Neither I don't know Question Title * 3.
