Tell us your experiences

Healthwatch York helps put people at the heart of health and social care services.  One of the main things we do is listen to people about health and social care services in York. Earlier in the year we asked people what they would like us to look at this year. The topics most people wanted us to explore were changes to services and Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT).

To begin our work on this we want to find out more about people’s experiences of changes to services over the last twelve months, both positive or negative. While we are happy to hear about any changes that have impacted on you we are especially interested in hearing about the following services:
  • Anti-coagulation Service
  • Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT)
  • Body Mass Index (BMI) and Smoking Thresholds for Elective Surgery

We will be writing a report and making recommendations to providers using the information you give us. All the information we received will be treated confidentially and remain anonymous.

The closing date is Monday 31st December 2018.

If you would like a copy of the survey in another format, or would like to tell us your experiences in a different way, please contact us:
