Assessing the current leadership capabilities of your participant

To get the most value from the Coaching Circles Programme it is important that an assessment is made of your participant's current leadership capabilities. Please use this assessment questionnaire to do so. The participant will also be invited to make an assessment and this information will be collated to provide a focus for the Programme.
