Understanding Your Needs

This survey is designed to help us better understand your needs and how we can better support you. The evidence from the survey will be used to help us design and fund new ways of supporting carers just like you. It should take around 6 minutes to complete.

We ask questions about age, gender, ethnicity, location and sexuality. These are so we can try to understand if certain groups of people have different needs and if so, how we can better meet these.

The survey is anonymous, but we may use quotations from your answers to demonstrate the needs of carers if you opt in for this.
