This survey aims to capture individual bureau views on campaigns for 2020/21 and how you would like to engage in these campaigns during a likely prolonged period of social distancing in Scotland. This survey aims to consider what bureaux would like to see in our campaigns this year, topics that may be considered, how a co-design approach could work by remote-working and also additional support (both financial and resource-based) you would like to see from Citizens Advice Scotland during this time.
