Before you start

We’ve put together a small checklist of all the information you will need to complete your Event Listings. 


What you will need

Contact information for key contact of the event (please note this information will not be publicised). This person will be responsible for:

·         Organisation of the event[s]

·         Liaising with Scottish Book Trust's Listings Copy Editor on any potential changes to listings copy

·         Providing information on bookings for the event[s]

Event information (which will be publicised), including:

·         The title of your event (80 characters or less)

·         Your event description (200 words or less)

·         Location, date and start/end time of the event

·         The venue’s accessibility information.

·         Booking information (contact number or valid link to booking page)

 
Please note: if you are entering information for multiple events you will have the option to complete the same event information page up to 15 times. Otherwise you will be taken to the end of the survey.
