The Coatbridge Indoor Bowling Club provides space for a range of groups and activities within the local area, as well as meeting space and function hire. The Coatbridge Indoor Bowling Club currently lease the building on Quarry St from North Lanarkshire Council, however cost increases have led to concern about the future viability of renting the facility.
In response, the Cliftonville and Coatdyke Community Group recently formed to ensure the continuation of the facility and to explore the possibility of taking this building into community ownership.
This will only happen if it is supported by local people, and is financially viable. Your views will help shape the future of this community facility and help the Cliftonville and Coatdyke Community Group represent the priorities and needs of local people.
