Booth Wood is a small woodland owned by Charnwood Borough Council and situated on the western outskirts of Loughborough. The woodland sits as a small pocket on the eastern edge of the Garendon Park estate.

We’re running this consultation as part of an application for Booth Wood to become local nature reserve with Natural England.

Booth Wood has been identified as a priority area for improvement and a Management Plan has been prepared in order to set out the vision, objectives and priorities for the management of the site in consultation with the local community.

We would love to hear your views about Booth Wood and the Management Plan, which can be read at www.charnwood.gov.uk/boothwood.

Thank you for your time.
