2017 Poster Submission Guidelines

Poster Presentation

Poster presentations at the BioData World Congress will be competitive and if your proposal is accepted, your poster will be displayed for a 2-day time period from 2-3 November during the conference.

The author for each accepted poster must register for and attend the conference. There will be an additional £20 charge for your poster.

Ensure you limit the poster size to A0 portrait orientation (118.9cm x 84.1cm). The Congress organisers will provide materials for mounting posters. Power sources are not available. Business card holders will be provided, so please bring an ample amount to put alongside your poster.

Deadline: All electronic submissions must be received by 2 October 2017.
