This is the Age-friendly Birmingham questionnaire

Birmingham is applying to the World Health Organisation’s Age-friendly Cities scheme to be recognised as an Age-friendly City. This questionnaire is part of the process of designing the application, which is being done in conjunction with older people from all parts of the city and from all backgrounds.
