What is the purpose of this survey?
This survey is to gather information on your caring situation, on the support you have received, and how helpful that support has been.

This information will help us provide you with the best possible service. Any information you share will be kept confidential.
Your feedback will also help us provide information to the local authorities, who fund us to deliver services, as well as to national carers’ charities like Carers UK and the Carers Trust with whom we work.

Why have I been invited to take part?
We are asking all carers aged 18 and over who are registered with Carers in Bedfordshire to participate.
Your participation in this survey is entirely voluntary. If you do not wish to take part, this will not affect any support you receive.

All completed surveys returned by 1st April 2019 will be entered into a draw to win £25 in shopping vouchers.
