Between 07 October and 29 November 2019, various admission authorities in York are jointly consulting and asking for feedback on the proposed admissions policies and arrangements for the school year starting in September 2021 – admissions policies and published admission numbers here: www.york.gov.uk/admissionsconsultation

For Community and Voluntary Controlled Schools:
This form should be completed by either the head teacher or chair of governors of a community or voluntary controlled school following a discussion on these arrangements. Please fill in the fields below following consultation with your governing body as to the official response of your school. The deadline for responses is 29 November 2019, though responses earlier are appreciated.

For Voluntary Aided Schools and Academies:
This form may be completed as to the official response of your school/academy. The deadline for responses is 9 November 2019, though responses earlier are appreciated.

Our survey asks for some personal information which you may choose not to give. Please read our privacy notice to find out more about how we protect your personal information. We will ask for your consent to this at the start of the survey.
